Link Real Estate isn't a volume shop. We take on a limited number of clients each year—buyers and sellers who value discretion, strategy, and hands-on service over the standard real estate experience.

For Sellers:

Your home gets more than a listing. It gets a marketing plan—strategic pricing, professional staging consultation, targeted outreach, and positioning that attracts serious buyers, not just browsers. You work directly with Tracy, not a team or an assistant.

Listing Agreements:

2.5% of the sale price when representing the seller. 4% when representing both the buyer & seller in the same transaction.

Staging is available at an additional charge, payable at closing.

For Buyers:

Buying a home is one of the most important financial decisions you’ll make. At Link Real Estate, we offer dedicated buyer representation—guiding you through the search, evaluation, negotiation, and closing with a strategic, hands-on approach.

We work with a limited number of clients to ensure focus, responsiveness, and results.

Compensation:

In many cases, buyer representation is compensated through the seller as part of the transaction. However, as industry practices evolve, compensation is not always predetermined. When this occurs, we will discuss and agree upon a structure that ensures full transparency and alignment before moving forward.
