For Sellers:

Your home gets more than a listing. It gets a marketing plan—strategic pricing, professional staging consultation, targeted outreach, and positioning that attracts serious buyers, not just browsers. You work directly with Tracy, not a team or an assistant.

Listing Agreements:

2.5% of the sale price. Staging available at an additional charge, payable at closing.

For Buyers:

Whether it's your first home or your fifth, buying is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make. Link offers dedicated buyer representation—guiding you through the search, negotiation, and closing with the same strategic approach we bring to our sellers.

Buyer Engagement fee:

$5,000, credited toward your 2% brokerage fee at closing.
