Tracy didn't come to real estate the traditional way. She started in marketing—at Ralph Lauren in New York, then building The Link Agency into one of the fastest-growing advertising firms in the country, with clients like Goya Foods and Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund. She sold the agency. But she never stopped thinking like a marketer.
Today, Tracy holds a broker's license in four states, a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern, and an adjunct teaching position at Roger Williams University. She brings all of it to every listing—strategic positioning, targeted outreach, and the kind of hands-on attention that most agents simply don't offer.
