ABOUT THE AGENCY
Our real estate practice is unlike others, in that marketing is at the core of everything we do.
Founded in 2000, by Tracy LeRoux, as a national advertising agency, we opened our doors with little more than a dream, a laptop, a cell phone and a whole lot of passion. We didn’t have much else to do, so we generated publicity for the agency. That publicity was a catalyst. It helped land our first client, Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund (FCGF) - the world’s 2nd largest public charity. We were able to help FCGF successfully achieve their goals. In the process, we achieved ours. Within a few months, TJX, Goya Foods, and Kellogg’s called on us and the rest is history.
Over the years our focus evolved based on client need. We now focus on four main industries: Real Estate, Packaged Goods, Health Care and Non Profit. Our real estate practice helps people and companies buy, sell, relocate and market. Within the marketing division, we work with top producing real estate executives across the country, helping them transform their businesses and brands.
Unlike traditional real estate brokerage, we utilize marketing principles to identify target audiences and attract them to our clients. The result is more focused, strategic efforts that yield better and faster results.
OUR FOUNDER

Principal Broker
Tracy LeRoux
As the principal broker, LeRoux provides motivation and strategy to her team of agents and directly to clients.
Self-made, LeRoux learned early on to maximize her own talents and market herself. She got her start in NYC, working for Ralph Lauren's PR firm and then at Ralph Lauren, in the marketing department. In 1994, she became a licensed real estate agent in Illinois, to help pay her way through graduate school.
At the age of 29, with little more than a laptop and cell phone, LeRoux started one of the nation's leading advertising agencies, The Link Agency. The world's second-largest public charity (Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund) was their first client.
Passionate about marketing, motherhood and motivating others, ADAGE named her business one of the "Top USA Agencies from All Disciplines." "Providence Business News named her one of the "40 Under 40," and her business was also named the "fastest growing business" in Rhode Island. She has won many creative awards and been invited to speak at many national organizations, groups and universities.
